JULY!

So as I am sure everyone already knows...I have been slacking on the blog updating thing. Because of my laziness below is the whole and entire month of JULY!! (lucky you)

Allyn, Beckie, Heather, and I all took a trip to St. Louis, mostly because we were bored and it sounded like fun. We went to the temple (my recommend didn't work), then we were off the the gateway arch (it poured). The next day we decided to go to a place called Cahokia. It was interesting and ridiculously HOT! This was by far my favorite place on the trip because I found the coolest ring in the world, and then bought it of course. I swear I am addicted, to rings that is. Then we went to the art museum and the planetarium, both of which were FREE! Oh by the way I went to the top of the arch in a very small ball like lift....it took like 10 minutes to get all of the way up, creepy.

Yes, even in July Hurley is a stud!

We went to a Kansas City Royals game. Go Team Go! They lost, of course,to the Seattle Mariners. Dianne and I baked in the sun while we devoured baseball hot dogs, nachos, and a four dollar Sprite. Brent and Rob brought us all of this glorious food, aren't they cute looking so lost and out of place? After the game we went to eat even more food at Red Robin...I thought I was going to explode, but I didn't. I know that you were holding your breath just then, hoping and praying for my survival. Death by food...not a terrible way to go.

My family came to visit me! Not really just for me, it was more to come and see Allyn's baby Carter, but I am slightly delusional and like to believe that my family loves me enough to just come out and see me; so my family came to visit me! :)

We went to Worlds of Fun and let's face it, it was worlds of fun. Every ride, except the Boomer Rang, was conquered by the Rovig clan. My mom was so excited to see me that she peed her pants, can you believe it? Well, you shouldn't; her bum got soaked in the Nile, but it would have been really funny. My dearest mother took me on the Ferris wheel! I have been begging Brent to take me, but he never did.

BOXES! Have I mentioned lately how much I hate boxes? I hate boxes.
Recently I have started a collection of my beloved boxes. The goal was to make it to the ceiling and we are soooooo close! Since I am so close to my goal I thought it appropriate to take a few pictures to commemorate this wonderful and epic moment in history. Appreciate these pictures, we almost died getting to the top...oxygen levels were low.
